Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Effective January 1, 2026. Last reviewed August 22, 2026. This policy applies to henrybaghoanizationnfp.org and to information collected at 1170 Playa Del Sol Ln, Saint Cloud, FL 34771.

Henry Bagho Charity Organization Inc. ("HBCO," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 92-1126664, Principal Officer Eric Ochala H Bagho. We wrote this policy in ordinary English because families, donors, and Google Ad Grants reviewers all need to know what we keep and what we refuse to sell.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run programs, issue tax receipts, and keep people safe at the Tuesday kitchen. That includes:

  • You give us: name, email, phone, mailing address, household size, a description of need, volunteer availability, and donation amount. Intake notes may include a utility deadline or the ages of children if you choose to share them.
  • Payment processors collect: card or PayPal account data on their own systems. We receive confirmation of amount, date, and payer name for the receipt. We do not store full card numbers on our computers.
  • Automatically: browser type, general location derived from IP, pages visited, and the date of a visit, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages help people find meals or the donation form.
  • On paper: sign-in sheets at 1170 Playa Del Sol Ln. Those sheets stay in a locked drawer with the Secretary"s records.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers as a condition of a meal. If a grant or matching-gift form later requires a taxpayer identification number, we will tell you why before you write it down.

2. Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file your browser stores. We use:

  • Necessary cookies: to remember that you accepted this banner, and to keep a form from double-sending. These do not profile you.
  • Analytics cookies: only if we enable Google Analytics (see section 3). They help us see that, for example, the Programs page is read more often than the News page. They do not tell us your name.

You may refuse non-essential cookies by declining the banner or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site will still load. Donation checkout happens on PayPal or Stripe"s domain and follows their cookie rules, which we do not control.

3. Google Analytics and advertising compliance

If Google Analytics is active on this site, it is configured to respect the signals Google documents for Analytics 4, including IP masking where available. We use Analytics to count visits, not to build a marketing audience of people who requested crisis help. We do not use remarketing lists made from intake-form submissions. We do not upload a donor or beneficiary list to Google Ads for customer matching.

This website is maintained to meet Google Ad Grants program policies: a working donation path, a contact method, a privacy policy, and substantial original content about our charitable programs. Ads, if granted, will point to these real pages. We will not use Grants ads for commercial activity unrelated to the 501(c)(3) mission.

4. Donor privacy guarantee

We never sell or rent donor data. We never trade a mailing list for a table at someone else"s gala. We never send your email to a political committee. Access to the donor spreadsheet is limited to the Treasurer, the Principal Officer, and the Secretary as needed for Form 990 and receipts. Volunteers packing meals do not see gift amounts. If we publish a thank-you, we will ask before using your full name. Anonymous gifts remain anonymous on the public page even if the IRS return must list certain large contributors by category as the Form 990 instructions require.

5. How we use and share information

We use personal information to reply to intake, schedule volunteers, issue receipts, file Form 990, and meet grant-reporting duties. We share information only with:

  • Payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) to complete a gift;
  • Email delivery tools that send the message you typed on the contact form to admin@henrybagho.org;
  • Professional advisors (accountant, attorney) under confidentiality;
  • Government authorities when a law, subpoena, or child-safety duty requires it;
  • A successor nonprofit, only if we merge or transfer programs, and only under the same no-sale rule.

We do not share beneficiary stories with journalists without consent. First-responder referrals stay inside the program staff.

6. Retention, security, and children"s information

Donation records are kept at least seven years to match federal recordkeeping guidance for public charities. Intake notes that are no longer needed for a current case are shredded or deleted on a two-year cycle unless a grant requires a longer hold. The website is served over HTTPS. Office files lock. No policy makes a small charity invincible; a breach would be reported to affected people as Florida and federal law require.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Mentoring sign-in for minors is done with a parent or guardian present. If you believe a child submitted a form, email us and we will delete the record.

7. CCPA, GDPR, and your rights

Florida residents and visitors from other states may ask what personal information we hold, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it unless we must keep it for a receipt, an audit, or a legal claim. California residents have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale." Because we do not sell personal information, there is no sale to opt out of; you may still request access or deletion.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we treat the lawful bases for processing as: consent (mailing list), contract (donation receipt), and legitimate interest (running a public charity website). You may withdraw mailing-list consent any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We are a U.S. charity with a Saint Cloud office; transfers of data, if any, are to the United States for the purpose of answering your request.

To exercise any right, email admin@henrybagho.org with the subject 'Privacy request.' We will verify you are the person in the record before we change or delete it. We will not discriminate against anyone for asking.

8. Website terms, third-party links, and policy updates

This site is offered as information about our charitable programs. Content is not legal, tax, or medical advice. Photos from Unsplash are used under Unsplash's license; they illustrate community work and are not always photographs of our specific clients. External links (IRS EO Search, PayPal, Google Maps) have their own policies. We are not responsible for those sites.

You may share our public pages. You may not scrape donor or intake forms, impersonate the organization, or use our seal in a way that suggests we endorsed a product. The official seal and the name Henry Bagho Charity Organization Inc. are for the charity's use.

We will post a new effective date when this policy changes in a material way. Continued use of the site after that date is your notice. Questions go to:
